GBL - Q1 24: NAV +2% and stable dividend guided

• Q1 NAV at EUR 115.9 p/s, up 2% YTD, was in line. Pro-forma for the share cancellation approved on May 2, NAV would have been EUR 118.6• Partial sale of Adidas shares, cutting its stake to 6.9% and Affidea and Sanoptis continue their growth streak, whereas Canyon continues to struggle• Dividend guided to be ‘at least stable at EUR 2.75' for FY24• We estimate today's NAV to be EUR 118.2 p/s, implying a 41.1% discount. Ontex - A strong start to the year

LFL sales growth and EBITDA of continuing activities exceeded our and CSS estimates. In addition, for the first time since 2017 (Pre-IFRS 16), leverage dropped to below 3x.  Guidance unchanged on sales growth and margins, where it could be argued that there is room to raise. However, we understand management remains cautious as market conditions stay challenging. We reiterate our Buy rating and TP of EUR 13.50

Aperam - Have we now seen the trough quarter?

•              Q1 EBITDA was in line, while the outlook of a higher Q2 is encouraging. •              Nevertheless, improvement is already anticipated and we do not expect to materially change our estimates.   •              We stick to our Hold rating with a TP of EUR 30, based on our 2025E SOTP with an overall target EV/EBITDA of around 5x.
