The 12th edition of our annual Real Estate Conference was again a great success with close to 30 companies and some 80 investors attending over 500 one-on-ones and group meetings (full feedback included in this report). It was also the first event organized at a new venue – Radisson Collection Brussels. 2023 so far continues to be a challenging year for listed real estate (-8% YTD for EPRA Eurozone), after a strong underperformance vs equities in 2022. Performances are rather homogeneous among various real estate sectors as they remained relatively stable (between -0.4% and -3%), besides healthcare (-19%) and logistics
