GN Store Nord is an electronics communication products group based in Denmark. Co. is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of products for personal communication. Co.'s product offering includes hearing instruments, corded and wireless headsets, and audiologic diagnostics equipment used to test people's hearing and sense of balance. In addition, Co. offers products and accessories such as speakers, amplifiers, headset telephones, and adapters, as well as software and equipment for fitting hearing instruments. Co.'s operations are organized along two business divisions: GN Netcom (headsets) and GN ReSound (advanced hearing instruments).

H. Lundbeck A/S

H. Lundbeck develops, produces and markets drugs for treating diseases of the central nervous system. Products include antidepressants for the treatment of depression, panic disorder, and prevention of relapse/recurrence. Antipsychotic products for psychotic disorders; schizophrenia, anxiety, restlessness and insomnia; treatment of psychotic disorders; acute psychotic episodes, exacerbation of psychotic disorders. Co.'s products inclue Cipralex®/Lexapro® for the treatment of depression and anxiety; Ebixa® for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease; Azilect® for the treatment of Parkinson's disease; Xenazine®, Sabril®, Saphris® Sycrest®, Onfi, and other.

Isofol Medical AB

Isofol Medical AB (publ) is a Sweden-based clinical stage pharmaceutical company. Its primary product is Modufolin, the active metabolite. Modufolin is a folate-based compound, which increases the efficiency and reduces the side effects of chemotherapy. Modufolin contains the key active substance methylenetetrahydrofolate (MTHF), which is the active metabolite in all folate-based medicines and therefore does not require metabolic activation to exert its action. The Company cooperates with pharmaceutical manufacturer Merck & Co Inc, as well as the Company has a worldwide supply and licence agreement for the use of Modufolin in cancer treatment. The Company's main shareholders are Biofol AB and Yield Life Science AB.

Norwegian Finans Holding ASA

Norwegian Finans Holding ASA is a Norway-based bank. The Company focuses on e-commerce and self-service solutions, and offers deposit accounts and consumer loans, which are distributed through the Internet. It also provides a combined credit card and reward card for buying tickets with the airline Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA. The Company's ownership is divided between institutional and private investors in Norway and abroad. It operates through Bank Norwegian AS, a wholly owned subsidiary.

Scandi Standard is a supplier of chicken-based food products in the Nordic region. Co. offers a range of chilled and frozen products under brands such as KronfAY=gel in Sweden, Danpo in Denmark and Den Stolte Hane in Norway, as well as for private label. Co.'s customers are found in the retail, food service and food industry sectors. Co. has operations in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. The Swedish operations are conducted through the companies KronfAY=gel AB, SweHatch AB, AB SkAY=nefAY=gel and Bosarpkyckling. The Danish operations are conducted by Danpo A/S. The Norwegian operations are conducted through Scandinavian Standard AS. The Finnish operation is conducted through KronfAY=gel Oy.

Sparebanken More

Sparebanken More (the Bank) is a Norway-based regional bank. The Bank's primary market area are the More and Romsdal regions in Norway. Its product and service offering includes loans, cards, payment services, savings accounts, pension funds, life and non-life insurance, investment services and investment advice. As of December 31, 2011, the Bank had four wholly owned subsidiaries: More Finans AS, offering leasing services; Sparebankeiendom AS, a company responsible for the management of the Bank's commercial properties; More Boligkreditt AS, which funded loans secured by residential and commercial properties, and as More Eiendomsmegling AS, engaged in the real estate services for both private customers and trade. As of December 31, 2011, its largest shareholder was Sparebankstiftelsen Tingvoll (10.27%).

Sparebanken Vest is engaged as an independent banking and financial services group based in Bergen and with branches in the counties of Hordaland and Sogn & Fjordane. Co. also is engaged in estate agency activities and real estate management activities. As of Dec 31, 2002, Co. had total assets of NOK35 billion and total deposits of NOK22 billion. The banks market area comprises the regions Nordfjord, Sogn, Nordhordland, Hardanger/Midthorland, West, Sunnhordland, Bergern North and Bergen South.

Veidekke ASA

Veidekke is a Scandinavian construction and property development company. Co.'s segments are grouped according to activity. The construction segment comprises mainly the construction of buildings and infrastructure. The property segment comprises the development of sites, property development and the sale of property (primarily residential). The industry segment comprises the production of aggregates (crushed stone and gravel) and asphalt, the laying of asphalt and road maintenance.
