Elk Petroleum

Elk Petroleum is engaged in developing enhanced oil recovery (EOR) projects. Co.'s activities consist of the development of a CO2 EOR project at the Grieve oil field in Wyoming, U.S., continuation of operations at the Singleton Unit in Nebraska for future implementation of an EOR project, and via its acquisition of the Singleton South oil field in Nebraska, the development of potential by-passed oil pool on the southern flank of the Singleton Unit. Co. has two operating segments: Australia, which comprises the corporate head office function; and the U.S., which comprises administration, production, exploration, evaluation and development of oil and gas fields and ownership of pipelines.

Equinor ASA

Equinor is engaged in oil and gas exploration and production activities. Co. is primarily focused on exploration, development and production of oil and gas on the Norwegian continental shelf (NCS). Co.'s operations are organized into four segments. The Development and Production Norway and Development and Production International segments explore, develop, produce and extract crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids. The Marketing, Processing and Renewable Energy segment markets, trades, transports and processes oil and natural gas and renewable energy. The Other segment consists of global well and project delivery, research and develpoment, and business development.

Kvaerner is an industrial investment company, consisting of various operational and non-operational interests. Through its controlling interest in Aker ASA, Co. is engaged in providing services related to design, construction, maintenance, modification and operation of both large and small industrial facilities. The business spans a number of industries, including oil and gas upstream and downstream, process, pharmaceuticals, metals, power, chemical, pulping, environmental technologies and shipbuilding. Co.'s indirect activities in are divided into three business areas: Oil & Gas, Engineering & Construction and Shipbuilding.

SAS AB

SAS is engaged in providing transportation services. The core business of Co. is operating passenger flights on a Nordic and international route network. Co.'s three main operational hubs in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo form the backbone of its flight network. In addition to passenger flights, Co. provides air cargo and other aviation services at selected airports in its route network. Co.'s operations include Scandinavian Airlines. In addition to the airline operations of the consortium Scandinavian Airlines System, Scandinavian Airlines also comprises ground operations, technical operations, SAS Cargo and Blue1. Scandinavian Airlines includes SAS Cargo and SAS Ground Handling.
