AcadeMedia AB (Buy, TP: SEK120.00) - Educational roll-up continues

AcadeMedia’s Q2 showed good organic growth (+7.3% YOY), earnings leverage driven by Adult Education, and strong FCF generation. The strengthening outlook and the company being back in acquisition mode with strong financials add to the attraction of the non-cyclical growth case, with our 2020/21–2022/23e EPS raised 5–10%. We reiterate our BUY and have raised our target price to SEK120 (110).
