Alfa-Laval AB is a supplier of products and solutions in the technologies of heat transfer, separation and fluid handling. Co.'s equipment is used to heat, cool, separate and transport products in industries that produce food, beverages, fuel, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, starch, sugar and ethanol. They are also used aboard vessels, in power plants, in the engineering industry, for treating sludge and wastewater, for heating and cooling, and others. Co.'s products include: air heat exchangers, plate heat exchangers, shell-and-tube heat exchangers, thermal fluid systems, boilers, decanters, belt filter presses, high-speed separators, membrane filtration, pumps and valves, and tank equipment.

Alimak is engaged in the design, development, manufactue, distribution and servicing of vertical access solutions predominantly in rack-and-pinion, and also traction technologies. Co. supplies industrial elevators, hoists and work platforms based on rack-and-pinion technology. At the core of Co.'s products are the Alimak and Hek rack-and-pinion elevator, hoist and work platform brands as well as Heis-Tek traction elevator brand. Co. operates in the following operational segments: Construction Equipment; Industrial Equipment; Rental and After Sales.

Bonava AB (publ). Bonava publ AB is a Sweden-based company, which is primarily involved in real estate development industry. The Company operates as a developer of housing units to consumers and investors in Sweden, Germany, Finland, Denmark, Norway, the Russian Federation, Estonia and Latvia. In Germany, the Company's offering is targeted at consumers and investors through both single-family houses and multi-family houses. The Company operates on the basis of an own-produced construction system in Germany, which is used in all new construction, thus enabling an efficient construction process. In Estonia and Latvia, the Company's offering is primarily targeted at consumers, based on multi-family houses. SSAB EMEA consist of Europe, the Middle East and Africa; SSAB Americas of North and Latin America; SSAB APAC of Asia, Australia and New Zealand and Tibnor of steel and metal distribution in northern Europe.
