Alimak is engaged in the design, development, manufactue, distribution and servicing of vertical access solutions predominantly in rack-and-pinion, and also traction technologies. Co. supplies industrial elevators, hoists and work platforms based on rack-and-pinion technology. At the core of Co.'s products are the Alimak and Hek rack-and-pinion elevator, hoist and work platform brands as well as Heis-Tek traction elevator brand. Co. operates in the following operational segments: Construction Equipment; Industrial Equipment; Rental and After Sales.

Flex Lng Limited. FLEX LNG Ltd. is an owner of liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier vessels and floating storage regasification units (FRSUs). The Company is focused on commercial activity relating to securing hydrocarbon feed stock for floating liquefaction projects, constructing, owning and operating floating liquefaction vessels and/or LNG vessels and sales and marketing of hydrocarbons and business in connection therewith, including investing in other companies. The Company operates a fleet of LNG carriers and has four M-type, Electronically Controlled, Gas Injection (MEGI) LNG carriers with a capacity of approximately 174,000 cubic meters under construction. The Company markets these vessels for charter and is also pursuing FSRU projects. The Company has four modern LNG vessels on short term charter that are being traded in the spot and short term LNGC market. Its subsidiaries include FLEX LNGC 1 Limited, FLEX LNGC 2 Limited, FLEX LNG Shipping Limited and FLEX LNG Management Limited.

Modern Times Group MTG AB is an entertainment group with operations that include free-television (TV), pay-TV, digital entertainment, radio and content production businesses. Co. has six business segments. Five of these segments, Free-TV Scandinavia, Pay-TV Nordic, Free-TV Emerging Markets, Pay-TV Emerging Markets and CTC Media, comprise Viasat Broadcasting. Co.'s Viasat Broadcasting is a free-TV and pay-TV operator, and also an operator and distributor of live and on-demand streamed free and paid video content over the internet, providing movies, live sports events, TV series, and catch-up services. Petroleum Geo-Services is engaged in providing geophysical services and oil and gas production services. As of Dec. 31, 2001, Co. operated six Ramform design vessels in its marine seismic data acquisition operations.

TGS Nopec Geophysical provides geoscience data to oil and gas exploration and production companies worldwide. In addition to global geophysical and geological data libraries that include seismic data, magnetic and gravity data, digital well logs, production data and directional surveys, Co. also provides advanced processing and imaging services, interpretation products, permanent reservoir monitoring and data integration solutions.

Co. is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is a supplier of paper and board machines, and process automation systems. Co.'s operations are divided into five segments: paper and board machinery, which makes paper, board and finishing machines; converting equipment, which supplies machinery for the packaging and printing industries; automation, which makes applications and solutions used for the measurement, control and information management of industrial processes; power transmission, which makes industrial gears and hydraulic motors, and automotive, which specializes in the production of cars.
