Assa Abloy (Buy, TP: SEK325.00) - If you don’t know me by now

We do not view Assa Abloy’s Q3 report as a positive catalyst but believe it underlined its defensive characteristics and ability to perform well in a weaker construction market. If the company were to see a few more quarters like this, in our view more investors would stop treating the stock as a derivative on the construction market but instead as the defensive quality asset we believe it is. We reiterate our BUY but have reduced our target price to SEK325 (335), while we have raised our 2023–2025e adj. EBIT by 3% on average.
