Assa Abloy (Buy, TP: SEK335.00) - Focus on what’s important

We are 2% above consensus on both Q2e sales and adj. EBIT. Slowing construction activity is clearly an investor concern, but leaves an attractive risk/reward in our view, as it is overshadowing the resilience of the more important aftermarket business (two-thirds of sales). Assa Abloy remains our sector top pick; we reiterate our BUY and have increased our target price to SEK335 (325) after raising our 2023–2025e adj. EBIT by 1–3% (due to FX).
