B&B Tools AB provides the industrial and construction sectors in northern Europe with industrial consumables, industrial components and related services. Co. has four business areas, Luna (Tools & Machinery), Skydda (Personal Protective Equipment), Essve (Fastening Elements) and Gigant & Grunda (Work Environment & Consumables), which supply TOOLS and other market channels with industrial consumables and related services. TOOLS is Co.'s market channel for industrial consumables and industrial components for Nordic industry. Via TOOLS, Co. has operation in Sweden, Norway and Finland.

BioArctic AB

BioArctic is a research-based biopharma company which is engaged in developing new innovative disease modifying treatments based in antibodies (immunotheraphy) for neurodegenerative disease (i.e. diseases where the nervous system degenerates) such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease and a treatment concept for complete spinal cord injuries (i.e. an injury where the spinal cord is completely broken). Co.'s operations are focused on research and development of new drugs for diseases and conditions with great medical need.

Coloplast A/S Class B

Coloplast is a supplier of intimate healthcare products and services. Co. develops and markets products that support people with diseases of a private nature. Co. operates in three business areas: Ostomy care, products for people whose intestinal outlet has been rerouted through the abdominal wall; Urology and continence care products, for people suffering from diseases of the kidneys, the urinary system and the male reproductive system; Dressings, for the treatment of chronic wounds and skin care products for prevention and treatment. Co. markets and sells its products and services globally. Co. supplies products to hospitals, institutions as well as wholesalers and retailers.

Equinor ASA

Equinor is engaged in oil and gas exploration and production activities. Co. is primarily focused on exploration, development and production of oil and gas on the Norwegian continental shelf (NCS). Co.'s operations are organized into four segments. The Development and Production Norway and Development and Production International segments explore, develop, produce and extract crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids. The Marketing, Processing and Renewable Energy segment markets, trades, transports and processes oil and natural gas and renewable energy. The Other segment consists of global well and project delivery, research and develpoment, and business development.

PGS ASA

Petroleum Geo-Services is engaged in providing geophysical services and oil and gas production services. As of Dec. 31, 2001, Co. operated six Ramform design vessels in its marine seismic data acquisition operations.

TOMRA Systems ASA

Tomra Systems is a creator of sensor-based solutions for optimal resource productivity within the business streams of reverse vending, material recovery, compaction, recycling, mining, and food. Co.'s operating structure comprises two business areas and six business streams. The TOMRA Collection Solutions businesss area consists of three business streams: reverse vending, material recovery, as well as compaction. The TOMRA Sorting Solutions, business area consists of three business streams: food, recycling, and mining.
