Co.'s business can be divided into three separate product and service areas: hardware, software and services. Co.'s hardware, software and services offerings are divided into four areas: Communication, which consists of communication and networks; Collaboration, which consists of video and web conferencing, IP telephony, AV solutions, Unified Communication solutions, mobility and chat; Clients, which consists of PCs, tablets, smartphones; as well as Data centres, which consists of servers, data storage, virtualization and management.

BioArctic is a research-based biopharma company which is engaged in developing new innovative disease modifying treatments based in antibodies (immunotheraphy) for neurodegenerative disease (i.e. diseases where the nervous system degenerates) such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease and a treatment concept for complete spinal cord injuries (i.e. an injury where the spinal cord is completely broken). Nordic Semiconductor is a fabless semiconductor company which designs, sells and delivers integrated circuits and related intellectual property for use in short-range wireless applications. Co. is engaged in ultra-low power wireless solutions, based on its proprietary 2.4 Gigahertz Radio Frequency and Bluetooth Smart technology. Co.'s components are manufactured by subcontractors and sold through electronics distributors to manufacturers of branded electronics across a range of product categories. These categories include personal computer and tablet accessories, sports/health monitors, mobile phone accessories, media remote controls, home and industrial automation, and other applications.

NRC Group collects, processes and sells map data. Co. provides services to the Norwegian market, but focuses mainly on projects abroad. Co.'s geo server, BlomURBEX®, enables online distribution of Co.'s products and databases to its customers. The content of BlomURBEX® consists of Co.'s oblique aerial images, TerraItaly® database and 3D city models. Co.'s operations are divided into two main business areas: Blom Geo Engineering Services, which collects and produces geographic information; and Blom Information Services, which provides geographic information as standardized services or through applications adapted to various uses and platforms.
