B2Holding (Buy, TP: NOK11.00) - A disciplined quarter

The Q1 report demonstrated overall discipline, with encouraging cost control, strong collections, moderate investments, and trimmed leverage. While management noted that market activity is gradually being restored, B2 remains committed to its cautious near-term approach to investments. We have raised our 2022–2023e EBIT by 2–4%, and consequently have lifted our target price to NOK11 (10.5). Owing to the attractive valuation (a 2022e P/E below 7x and EV/EBIT below 10x), we continue to find the risk/reward appealing and reiterate our BUY.
