Co.'s core business consists of investing and administering shareholdings in companies which - through partners or by themselves - offer games to end users via the internet. Co. owns Betsson Malta which operates games through partnerships and the own websites www.betsson.com, www.casinoeuro.com and www.cherrycasino.com. Betsson Malta offers Poker, Casino, Sports betting, Scratch Cards, Bingo and Games. Customers primarily originate from the Scandinavian countries and other areas within Europe.

Evolution Gaming Group is a B2B provider of Live Casino solution systems in Europe. In Live Casino, a dealer runs the game from a casino table which is streamed in real time. End users, i.e. the players, make betting decisions on their devices (computers, smartphones, tablets, etc.) and are able to communicate with the dealer using a text chat function. Co.'s core portfolio consists of nine games such as Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Live Baccarat, Live Casino Hold'em, Live Three Card Poker and Live Caribbean Stud Poker. Co.'s gaming portfolio offers the operators' end users an interactive experience that feels like playing in a real casino.

Leroy Seafood Group is a supplier of seafood. Co.'s primary products are Atlantic salmon and trout. Co. reports within two main segments: Production and Sales and Distribution. The Production segment includes Co.'s activities within production and processing, mainly Atlantic salmon and trout. The subsidiaries in this segment are a main employer along the Norwegian coastline and other areas. The Sales and Distribution segment has a global reach, comprising sales, marketing, product development and distribution of both Co.'s own produced products as well as for external suppliers. Co. is also engaged in nationwide distribution of fresh fish on the Norwegian market.

Petroleum Geo-Services is engaged in providing geophysical services and oil and gas production services. As of Dec. 31, 2001, Co. operated six Ramform design vessels in its marine seismic data acquisition operations.

SAS is engaged in providing transportation services. The core business of Co. is operating passenger flights on a Nordic and international route network. Co.'s three main operational hubs in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo form the backbone of its flight network. In addition to passenger flights, Co. provides air cargo and other aviation services at selected airports in its route network. Co.'s operations include Scandinavian Airlines. In addition to the airline operations of the consortium Scandinavian Airlines System, Scandinavian Airlines also comprises ground operations, technical operations, SAS Cargo and Blue1. Scandinavian Airlines includes SAS Cargo and SAS Ground Handling.
