The Company offers customized e-commerce software and services that create e-commerce platforms, namely Boozt.com and its mono-brand stores, that are fully hosted and managed. Its software includes Propilot, a Web shop management administration system that enables changes to Web shop content; Podium, a front end module which ensures optimized user experience for users on mobile devices; Fastlane, a warehouse management system (WMS) that runs fulfillment processes in warehouses and integrates them with distribution partners; CS Eye, a customer overview service; and Brand Portal, a business intelligence (BI) service suite. Its services include the development of an initial strategy, building an online shop, fulfilling orders, handling returns, running ongoing campaigns and acquiring and retaining customers.

Odfjell Drilling

Odfjell Drilling Ltd. (Odfjell Drilling) is an integrated offshore drilling and oil service company. The Company operates through three segments: Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODU), Drilling & Technology, and Well Services. The Mobile Offshore Drilling Units is responsible for operations of mobile drilling units fully or partly owned by the Company and units owned by other companies. It operates mobile drilling units in Norway, United Kingdom, Angola, Vietnam and Brazil. The Drilling & Technology segment is providing platform drilling, project management and engineering services. Drilling & Technology operates from offices in Bergen, Stavanger and Aberdeen. The Well Services segment is a provider of casing and tubing running services (TRS), drill tool rental and well intervention services to the onshore and offshore oil and gas industry. The Well Services are provided to onshore and offshore drilling operations in the North Sea, mainland Europe and Black Sea, among others.

Sparebank 1 Helgeland

Helgeland Sparebank (the Bank) is a Norway-based regional bank active in the Norwegian region of Helgeland. It offers its services mainly to the private market, business and the public sector. Its offering includes such products and services, as payment services, credit cards, saving accounts, placement services, loans, insurance, shares and currencies, as well as an online banking facility, the Nettbank. Additionally, the Bank carries out leasing of property through ANS Bankbygg Mo, AS Sparebankbygg, Helgeland Sparebank Eiendomsselskap AS and Helgeland Utviklingsselskap AS, all of which are wholly owned subsidiaries of the Bank. It also offers housing mortgages through Helgeland Boligkreditt AS, its whole owned subsidiary. As of December 31, 2011, the Bank also had such associated companies, as Helgeland Invest AS, Eiendomsmegleren Helgeland AS and Storgt. The Bank operates through 16 offices in 14 municipalities in Helgeland.

Sparebanken Sor. Sparebanken Sor (the Bank), formerly Sparebanken Pluss, is a Norway-based regional bank. In December 2013, the Company merged with Sparebanken Sor. It is engaged in the provision of both financial and banking products and services to individual and corporate customers. The Bank's offering includes such products and services as credit cards, loans, foreign exchange, different types of insurance, savings accounts, payment services and pension funds, as well as the NettBank online banking facility. The Bank is active through around 30 branches in the West-Agder area, the East-Agder area and Telemark. The Company's subsidiaries are Sormegleren and Sor Boligkreditt AS.

SSAB is a supplier of high strength steels with products comprising various qualities and dimensions within wear steels and structural steels. Co.'s solutions also include services, from concept to finished delivery. SSAB Wear Services also provides advice, repairs, and sales of spare parts to the aftermarket. The business is organized into three business areas; SSAB Americas, SSAB EMEA and SSAB APAC as well as the subsidiary, Tibnor, which is a steel distributor in the Nordic region. SSAB EMEA consist of Europe, the Middle East and Africa; SSAB Americas of North and Latin America; SSAB APAC of Asia, Australia and New Zealand and Tibnor of steel and metal distribution in northern Europe.
