Camurus (Buy, TP: SEK310.00) - Buvidal set for still-solid sales growth
We expect another strong quarter for Buvidal, with c59% sales growth YOY in Q3 (results due at 07:00 CET on 10 November). However, we also forecast higher costs QOQ, yielding a (small) operating profit of cSEK4m. We believe the market would welcome an update on US partner Braeburn’s progress in its latest Complete Response Letter (CRL), and a potential timeline for approval in the US. We reiterate our BUY and SEK310 target price.Camurus AB is a Sweden-based research and development based pharmaceutical company with a focus on the development and commercialization of specialty medicines, providing patients suffering from serious and chronic disease, such as opioid dependence, pain, cancer, acromegaly, and neuroendocrine tumors. The Company has a diversified research portfolio, which includes five products in clinical trials, and a number of additional product candidates in the pre-clinical phase. The Company's product pipeline represents a mix of in-house and partnered projects in different development phases.
