Catena AB (Sell, TP: SEK260.00) - Squeezed risk premiums in logistics

Having analysed Catena’s properties and the competitive landscape, we see a risk in the company’s older portfolio and in non-metropolitan areas that we believe has been overlooked by the market. As the stock is trading at a premium to NAV that implies a property valuation above the construction cost for new modern logistics properties, we believe the current share price is too high and initiate coverage with a SELL and an NAV-based target price of SEK260.
