CGG (Buy, TP: EUR2.00) - Strong equipment sales

We consider CGG’s Q1 report another solid step in the right direction. Revenues beat consensus by 3% and our estimate by 7%, on strong land equipment sales and solid pre-funding ratio, while EBITDA was well above expectations on the best equipment EBITDA margin since 2014. With positive comments on the vessel sale, we believe some of the recent investor concerns could ease.
