CGG (Hold, TP: EUR2.10) - Cautious on Q2, well-positioned longer-term

We are 5% below consensus on sales and 12% on EBITDA for Q2e and have a cautious view going into the results (due at 06:30 CET on 2 August). Longer-term we believe CGG is well positioned for the replacement cycle, however, we consider this a 2019 or 2020 story. We maintain our HOLD recommendation, while we have raised our target price to EUR2.1 (1.6) on a higher multi-client library valuation.
