Balder (Hold, TP: SEK48.00) - Neutral Q2

Following the neutral Q2 results, we have made only minor estimate changes. We reiterate our HOLD but have raised our target price to SEK48 (45), reflecting our negative sector view. As a large liquid stock, Balder could see a negative spill-over effect from sector peers in turmoil. It has strong liquidity, but market concerns about equity raises due to a stretched LTV and c50% capital markets financing are likely to remain overhangs.
