Lundbeck (Buy, TP: DKK255.00) - 2021 guidance low, as feared

Lundbeck reported c-3% YOY sales growth in Q4, below our estimate and consensus. Core EBIT missed but reported EBIT beat expectations, with an EBIT margin of 10.1%. The 2021 guidance is for revenue of DKK16.3bn–16.9bn, core EBIT of DKK3.1bn–3.6bn, and EBIT of DKK1.8bn–2.2bn. We see consensus 2021e EPS down c10% based on the guidance, and a 5%+ negative share price reaction today.
