Hennes & Mauritz (Hold, TP: SEK105.00) - Q3 no turning point

Q3 was hit hard by high raw-material costs, negative FX effects and the exit from Russia. The gross margin was hurt by the decision not to fully pass on costs to customers, while inventory as a percentage of sales was at an all-time high. We reiterate our HOLD but have reduced our target price to SEK105 (125) on our estimate cuts. We believe a turnaround in the negative consensus estimate trend is needed for a re-rating.
