American Shipping Company is a U.S. ship owning and lease finance company with focus on building a premier ownership position. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the purchase and bareboat chartering of product tankers, shuttle tankers, and other vessels to operators and end users in the Jones Act market. Co. owns ten modern 46,000 dwt MR product tankers that were built by Aker Philadelphia Shipyard. All ten vessels are on long term fixed rate bareboat charters with Overseas Shipholding Group Inc. Co. also holds an equity stake in Philly Tankers AS/LLC, founded in 2014 to build two new product tankers at Aker Philadelphia Shipyard.

Leroy Seafood Group is a supplier of seafood. Co.'s primary products are Atlantic salmon and trout. Co. reports within two main segments: Production and Sales and Distribution. The Production segment includes Co.'s activities within production and processing, mainly Atlantic salmon and trout. The subsidiaries in this segment are a main employer along the Norwegian coastline and other areas. The Sales and Distribution segment has a global reach, comprising sales, marketing, product development and distribution of both Co.'s own produced products as well as for external suppliers. Co. is also engaged in nationwide distribution of fresh fish on the Norwegian market.

Co. is engaged in the development, manufacture and distribution of interior solutions for kitchens, bathrooms and storage. Co. manufactures and sells complete kitchen solutions through many strong local and international brands, including Magnet in the United Kingdom, HTH in the Nordic region, Hygena in France and Poggenpohl internationally. Sales are generated through specialized kitchen studios, retailers and direct to corporate customers. Co. maintains a portfolio of approximately 19 strong brands sold mainly in Europe, but also worldwide.
