Akastor is a provider of products, systems and services to the oil and gas industry. Co. has three reportable segments: Engineering Solutions, which provides concept and front-end studies to oil companies; Product Solutions, which delivers oilfield products for the entire upstream value chain, from reservoir through processing and also includes Subsea, Drilling, Umbilicals and Process Systems; and Field-Life Solutions, which provides a range of services to increase oil and gas recovery from existing fields and extend the operating life of field assets. This segment also consists of two business areas: Maintenance, Modifications and Operations and Oilfield Services and Marine Assets.

Co. aims to increase its net yield from shopping centers over the long term through active retail property management and systematic redevelopment efforts. Co. is involved in the day-to-day operations of its shopping centers. As of Dec. 31, 2011, Co. owned a total of 36 shoppings centers: 23 in Finland, 9 in Sweden, 3 in Estonia, and one in Lithuania. Co. also owns 43 other retail properties: 36 in Finland and 7 in Sweden and one undeveloped lot in Finland. Co. manages two commercial shopping centers in Finland.

DNO is a Norwegian exploration and production company focused on the Middle East and North Africa. Co. holds stakes in oil and gas blocks in various stages of exploration, development and production, both onshore and offshore, in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, Yemen, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Tunisia and Somaliland.

Fred Olsen Energy is engaged in offshore drilling as well as engineering and fabrication services. Co. provides services and operates within the two segments; offshore drilling and engineering and fabrication. The Offshore Drilling segment provides services to the offshore oil and gas industry. The Engineering and Fabrication segment provides engineering, fabrication, ship building and repair services for various offshore and onshore industries.

Orkla is a consumer goods company in the Nordic and Baltic regions. The Branded Consumer Goods area comprises five business areas: Orkla Foods, Orkla Confectionery and Snacks, Orkla Home and Personal, Orkla International and Orkla Food Ingredients. Co.'s other businesses consist of Granges, a supplier of solutions for the heat exchanger industry; Hydro Power, which produces and supplies power to the Nordic power market; and Orkla Financial Investment, which consists of Orkla Eiendom; in addition to its investments in Sapa (JV), which is engaged in extruded aluminium solutions; and Jotun AS, which is a manufacturer of paint and powder coatings.

Helgeland Sparebank (the Bank) is a Norway-based regional bank active in the Norwegian region of Helgeland. It offers its services mainly to the private market, business and the public sector. The construction segment comprises mainly the construction of buildings and infrastructure. The property segment comprises the development of sites, property development and the sale of property (primarily residential). The industry segment comprises the production of aggregates (crushed stone and gravel) and asphalt, the laying of asphalt and road maintenance.
