Norwegian Air Shuttle (No_rec, TP: NOK) - Mixed Q3 and challenging outlook

We consider this a mixed report for Norwegian Air Shuttle including underlying figures slightly above our expectations, but with higher than expected net debt. The company reiterated that the outlook remains challenging and that more liquidity is needed by Q1. The Norwegian government’s decision yesterday to not provide further financial support has triggered a need to reduce capacity to six aircraft and to furlough 1,600 employees to protect cash flow.
