Novo Nordisk (Buy, TP: DKK410.00) - Another FX uplift in guidance
We expect another upwards adjustment to the FX guidance following the move in especially the USD versus DKK when Novo Nordisk reports its Q2 (due at 07:30 CET on 8 August). We forecast c2.6% sales growth in constant currency YOY due to tough comparables for especially Tresiba. We believe focus will also be on the management meeting on 9 August when we expect an update on US prices. We keep our BUY recommendation and DKK410 target price.Novo-Nordisk is a global healthcare company engaged in the innovation of diabetes care. Co. also provides haemophilia care, growth hormone therapy and hormone replacement therapy. The Diabetes care business segment includes research, development, manufacturing and marketing of products within the areas of insulin, GLP-1 and related delivery systems, oral antidiabetic products (OAD) and obesity. The Biopharmaceuticals business segment includes research, development, manufacturing and marketing of products within the areas of haemophilia, growth hormone therapy, hormone replacement therapy, inflammation therapy and other therapy areas.
