Novo Nordisk (Buy, TP: DKK525.00) - STEPping it up in Obesity

The STEP phase III trials with semaglutide in obesity are unfolding nicely, with strong efficacy data in both STEP 1 and STEP 4, making it likely that the product can get US approval in Q4 2021. We use a probability of approval of 95% and forecast unadjusted obesity sales to account for 20% of group sales, or cDKK54bn, by 2030e, and we retain our DKK525 target price and BUY.
