Orkla (Hold, TP: NOK89.00) - Soft Q1 and cautious outlook

We consider this a slightly negative report, with revenues in line with the pre-announced level, but EBIT below on weaker margins and restructuring cost. The company reiterate its guidance, but eyes short-term headwinds as there has been a decline in the grocery sector in April as stockpiling has eased and as out-of-home sales are still soft. We expect consensus 2020 adj. EBIT down c2%, and a negative share price reaction.
