Sandvik (Hold, TP: SEK150.00) - Higher uncertainty

With leading indicators pointing to a slowdown in 2019, we have cut our estimates for SMS and SMT. We now see organic growth of 0% in 2019, and have cut our 2019 EBIT forecast by 16%. SM&RT growth should be solid in 2019 due to a replacement need and higher brown- and greenfield investments. We have cut our target price to SEK150 (190) and downgraded our recommendation to HOLD (BUY) following the last 12 months’ 10–20% outperformance versus Swedish peers. The Q4 results are due at 08:00 CET on 21 January.
