Scandic Hotels (Buy, TP: SEK52.00) - Promising signs for 2022

The continuation of the hotel demand recovery in Q4 gives a promising indication of the potential in a post-pandemic recovery in Nordic hospitality demand, with Scandic Hotels as a prime beneficiary. We still see the recovery case following our timeline of adj EBITDA breakeven in 2021 to adj net profit breakeven in 2022e, with our forecasts suggesting Scandic Hotels can get close to its 11% EBITDA margin target in 2023 on Nordic RevPAR 8–15% below the 2019 level. We reiterate our BUY and have raised our target price to SEK52 (46).
