SEB (Buy, TP: SEK133.00) -

Keeps getting better We have raised our 2022–2023e EPS by 1–8% and our target price to SEK133 (130) following SEB’s very strong Q2 results, topped by a 14.7% ROE on an increasingly overcapitalized balance sheet. We expect SEB to distribute cSEK75bn (30% of its market cap) to shareholders over the next three years through dividends and buybacks, and to take its underlying ROE beyond 13% on a sustainable basis by 2023. Given these fundamentals, we find the 2022e P/E of c10.5x attractive and reiterate our BUY.
