Securitas (Buy, TP: SEK195.00) - Ambitions for Technology Solutions
Securitas’ ambition to double Technology Solutions revenues by 2023 implies an attractive growth case with long-term earnings leverage. We have tweaked our 2020–2022e EPS, and raised our target price to SEK195 (175), implying a valuation only in line with Securitas’ historical multiples as a manned guarding company, now with 2022e as the base year. We reiterate our BUY.Securitas is engaged in integrated security solutions. Co.'s main service offering categories are specialized guarding, mobile security services, monitoring, technical solutions and consulting and investigation services. Co. operates in 52 countries throughout North America, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Co. is organized into three business segments: Security Services North America, Security Services Europe and Security Services Ibero-America. In addition to the three business segments, Co. conducts guarding operations in the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
