Norwegian savings banks - Positive momentum in NII

We expect an ROE of ~11% for the larger savings banks in Q3. We see a sequential improvement in margins driven by lower NIBOR and stable mortgage rates. Oil-related asset quality is showing signs of improving, with the majority of challenging exposures now restructured. We reiterate our positive sector view, with MING and SRBANK our top sector picks.
