Separate legal structure ready

We have lowered our 2017e net profit by 6% due to weaker than expected chemical tanker rates during the summer, which puts us 5% below Inquiry Financial consensus going into the Q3 results (due on 9 October at 08.00 CET). The separate legal structure for Stolt Tankers should be ready, and we expect an update with the release. We reiterate our NOK155 target price and BUY recommendation on Stolt-Nielsen.
