Stolt-Nielsen (Buy, TP: NOK138.00) - Soft guidance into summer

We reiterate our BUY, while we have lowered our target price to NOK138 (NOK143). Our positive view on the stock is based on Stolt-Nielsen’s earnings recovery cycle, not for 2018e, but 2019–2020e, combined with a potential spin-off of Tankers crystallising values. The Q1 results are due at 08:00 CET on 12 April and we are 9% above consensus on net profit.
