Stolt-Nielsen (Buy, TP: NOK309.00) - Welcoming tanker market strength

We remain bullish on Stolt Tankers ahead of the Q3 results (due pre-market open on 6 October); extrapolating 2015–2016 peak earnings implies 30% potential upside to our group 2023e EPS. The buoyant tanker market and positive read-across from Odfjell’s Q2 report reinforce our optimism on the sector. Stolt Tank Containers, however, is likely to face headwinds from falling box rates. We reiterate our BUY and have raised our target price to NOK309 (267).
