Stolt-Nielsen (Buy, TP: NOK480.00) - Attractive Tankers-driven cocktail
Tanker rates are healthy, and the outlook is solid on a record-high tanker fleet age and limited 2025e deliveries. We believe Stolt-Nielsen screens as attractive, trading at an average 2025–2026e adj. P/E of 4.3x (tanker peers 5.5x), despite other segments with more stable revenues accounting for c40% of our 2026e EBIT, which should allow for a premium, in our view. We reiterate our BUY, but have cut our target price to NOK480 (540).Stolt-Nielsen is a holding company. Co. through its subsidiaries is engaged in maritime industries. Co.'s operating units include Stolt Tankers, providing transportation services for bulk liquid chemicals, edible oils, acids, biofuels and clean petroleum products; Stolthaven Terminals, offering storage for bulk liquid chemicals, edible oils, acids, biofuels and clean petroleum products; Stolt Tank Containers, operating a fleet of tank containers for shipments of bulk liquid chemicals, food-grade products and bitumen via road, rail and container ship, as well as Stolt Sea Farm, focused on the production of fish including turbot, sturgeon, sole and caviar.
