Stora Enso (Hold, TP: EUR16.50) - Back to earnings growth

We expect Stora Enso’s Q4 to mark a return to earnings growth, setting the stage for an earnings rebound in 2021e. In our view, the stock is pricing in a rather aggressive recovery in earnings (a 2021e P/E of 20x), putting the focus of the report on the guidance and outlook. While the overall tone should be positive, the outlook is not without risks given challenging paper markets, FX headwinds, and Oulu ramp-up costs. We reiterate our HOLD with a new target price of EUR16 (14.5).
