Storebrand (Buy, TP: NOK75.00) - Set for continued capital-light growth

Storebrand looks set to benefit from its strong position in structurally growing markets. While lower interest rates have stalled extraordinary dividend distributions, other parts of its business should benefit – our ‘blue-sky’ scenario analysis yields a value for its non-guaranteed business above its current market capitalisation. We expect focus at the virtual CMD, scheduled for 10 December, to be on capital-light growth prospects and the solvency position. We have raised our target price to NOK75 (70) and reiterate our BUY.
