Storebrand (Buy, TP: NOK95.00) - Improving its capital position

We expect Storebrand to report a Q1 EPS of NOK1.2 (results due at 07:30 CET on 25 April), containing a slight negative impact from a small depreciation in equity markets while credit spreads have remained fairly unchanged. We estimate the Solvency II ratio to have strengthened by 3%-points QOQ, to 158%, mainly driven by the 30bp increase in the NOK 10 years swap. We reiterate our BUY recommendation and NOK95 target price.
