Another step in the right direction

Telenor’s Q3 EBITDA came in ~3% ahead of consensus when adjusted for the already-reported Asian subsidiaries and net non-recurring items. We have made only modest estimate changes after the Q3 results, but we continue to see potential upside to our forecasts once additional cost-cutting improvements take effect going into 2018. We reiterate our BUY recommendation and have raised our SOTP-based target price to NOK186 (181).
