UPM (Buy, TP: EUR47.00) - Transformational story intact

With strong Q3 operations across the board, confirmation that the instrumental new pulp mill is moving to full production, and support from better pulp markets, we are increasingly confident that UPM is set for impressive earnings growth for 2024e. The company remains our top sector pick, offering a growth profile in its diverse industries due to years of ambitious investments that we do not see reflected in its valuation. We reiterate our BUY and have raised our target price to EUR47 (46).
