Volvo (Buy, TP: SEK285.00) - Attractive 2024 risk/reward

The strong Q3 results and market guidance above our expectations for 2024 indicate the risk is to the upside for our estimates and consensus for next year, while the valuation remains attractive, in our view (2024e EV/EBIT of 6.5x). We have raised our 2023–2025e adj. EBIT by 4% on average. We reiterate our BUY and have increased our target price to SEK285 (275).
