Volvo (Buy, TP: SEK190.00) - Passes the first exam

In our view, Q4 confirmed that Volvo is now a more resilient company, due to higher aftermarket sales combined with a more flexible cost base, which has resulted in less-cyclical profitability. We expect more evidence of this in the coming quarters. We see this as a key share price driver, alongside strong cash flow generation and book-to-bill returning above 1x. BUY reiterated and target price raised to SEK190 (180).
