Volvo (Hold, TP: SEK210.00) - VCE weakness

Following Volvo’s Q2 report, we have lowered our 2021 adj. EBIT forecast by 9% and 2022–2023 by 2–3%, mainly on lower VCE forecasts driven by raw materials headwinds and the weaker Chinese market. In our view, Volvo has improved structurally, but this is reflected in the share price. Hence, we reiterate our HOLD and have lowered our target price to SEK210 (225).
