Wihlborgs (Buy, TP: SEK195.00) - Ripple effects from divestment

We believe Wihlborgs’ solid divestment, at a 33% premium to book value, indicates cautious book valuations and could have a ripple effect on its remaining assets, supporting NAV growth ahead. We like Wihlborgs’ wide yield gap and consider the stock attractively valued at a 2020e P/FFO of 15x, versus peers at 17x. We have raised our target price to SEK195 (168) and upgraded to BUY (HOLD) on our updated vacancy and LFL rental growth estimates and peer valuation.
