Wihlborgs (Hold, TP: SEK210.00) - Limited upside potential

Wihlborgs’ Q1 results were in line with our forecasts adjusted for the new Danish rent accounting. We continue to expect increased yields to hold back NAV growth as interest rates are rising internationally, and thus keep our NAV-based target price of SEK210. However, with limited potential upside, we have downgraded our recommendation to HOLD (BUY).
