XXL (Hold, TP: NOK21.00) - Retail temporarily closed in Norway

The Norwegian Authorities decided over the weekend to temporarily close retail in greater Oslo for seven days. This affects six of XXL’s 37 stores in Norway. Although the closures should have a near-term negative impact on LFL growth in Norway, we believe some of the lost revenue could go online and the recent favourable weather conditions should have supported January sales, which is yet to be reflected in consensus, we believe.
