Adjustment due to dividend distribution

Pursuant to the cash dividend for the business year 2020 of EUR 0.75 per share resolved upon in the ordinary shareholders' meeting of IMMOFINANZ AG on 19 October 2021 the conversion price of the Convertible Bonds due 2024 (ISIN XS1551932046) of IMMOFINANZ AG is adjusted with effect from 21 October 2021as follows:

- Previous conversion price per IMMOFINANZ-Share: EUR 21.3772

- Adjusted conversion price per IMMOFINANZ-Share: EUR 20.6333
