SABO Maschinenfabrik GmbH, one of Europe's leading brands for high-quality hand-held lawnmowers and portable power tools, will strengthen the Goods & Services segment of Mutares' portfolio as a new platform investment. The company employs around 125 people at its production site in Gummersbach, Germany. Since its foundation in 1932, the SABO brand has been associated with the highest quality and reliability. The company will therefore continue to retain its brand ownership in the future. SABO markets its products both to the end consumer via the in-house web store as well as to the specialized trade and public institutions such as municipalities or cities.
