Daily Insight -- Decrease in budget expenditures
​Banking sector liquidity fell UAH2.75bn to UAH108.56bn on Tuesday as the Treasury absorbed UAH2.78bn via revenues. Other transactions had little impact. As a result of a significant reallocation of funds between CDs and banks' accounts, total CDs outstanding fell UAH5.01bn to UAH67.47bn while banks' correspondent accounts with the NBU rose UAH2.26bn to UAH41.10bn.
